Bryan Weaver is a summa cum laude graduate of Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now known as Texas A&M University School of Law). His practice focuses on solving the practical problems most of us face: family issues, estate planning, small businesses, and real property issues. His family has been a part of Azle and the surrounding area for generations.

There are nearly 97,000 lawyers licensed to practice in Texas. How do you find the right one?

• I don't work out of a fancy, expensive office (that you are paying for). If you are a billionaire, you need and can afford to pay for a "tall-building" lawyer. But if you are like most of us, you need ordinary legal services at affordable prices.
• I won't perform unnecessary work to inflate your bill. I won't "nickel-and-dime" you for asking questions or checking on the status of your case.
• I will return your emails and phone calls.
• If I don't know the answer, I will tell you so. If your problem is in some highly specialized area of law, or is so complex that it requires a whole team of attorneys, I will tell you so. If you need help beyond the scope of my practice, I will lead you to someone who can provide that help.
